Today is the day to enjoy a 3 hours walking food guided tour of Tsukiji Fish Market. Tsukiji Market is perhaps the most popular fish market in all of Japan, filled with various seafood and fish from all around the world. Here, you will have a chance to visit the outer market of Tsukiji and come face to face with Tsukiji's food. After sampling 2-3 of Tsukiji's greatest food offerings, a local, knowledgeable guide will make this food tour a blast. Discover Japan’s former ancient capital Kyoto with local English speaking guides. A special package designed to explore Kyoto and its incredible historical area around, including the first Capital of Japan, Nara, and the famous Fushimi Inari Taisha, the most important shrine dedicated to Inari in Japan. With this package you will have also the possibility to cycle around hidden areas and learn the history and the secrets of this great City.
Come and discover Japan’s former ancient capital Kyoto, a city of over 1,000 Buddhist temples with this informative afternoon tour. Visit Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine, the head shrine of 40,000 inari-jinja shrines located all over Japan. The bright red Senbon Torii gates are a must-see attraction.
Then on to the Sanjusangen-do Temple, the world's longest wooden structure, houses life-size statues of Buddhist Kannon deities dating back to the 13th century.
The last stop at Kiyomizu-dera Temple, famous for its wooden veranda. The view of Kyoto from the World Heritage Site Kiyomizu-dera is superb. The historic shopping lane that leads to the temple adds to a wonderful experience. Finally, all participants will be dropped off at Kyoto Station

Kyoto historical cycling tour with the Golden Pavilion
You will be surprised to find how calm and peaceful this ancient city is! Start this historical sights tour by learning about Nijo Castle and how to pray at a Japanese shrine at the unique Seimei Shrine. After seeing the magical golden pavilion get ready to cycle again for a nice downhill ride to the Imperial Palace where your guide will give you some insights to the old days! Depart from Kyoto and enjoy a scenic drive through the city along the Nara Keinawa Expressway Nara. Upon arrival, take a relaxing stroll through Nara Park and come face-to-face with wild deer, a rarity in Japan and even worldwide. You will soon find yourself admiring one of the world’s largest wooden structures: Todai-ji Temple, the symbol of the Nara Period. As you take in the size of the temple, in the main hall, you will also be able to appreciate the largest bronze Buddha statue in the world: The Great Buddha, a sight to behold.
Next, make your way over to the Kasuga Taisha Shrine, Nara's most celebrated shrine. It was established at the same time as the capital and is dedicated to the deity responsible for the protection of the city. It is thought that the deer of Nara Park are thought to be the shrine messengers. The tour will not enter areas requiring admission.
Before heading back to Kyoto, visit Nara Nagomikan, the largest souvenir shop in Nara. Browse thousands of products on offer in this spacious shop as you find the perfect souvenir.

The visit to Nara Nagomikan, may be omitted from the itinerary due to business hours or traffic congestion. During the Gion Festival (Sakimatsuri, July 15 - 16), drop-off service to Karasuma Kyoto Hotel and Hotel Nikko Princess Kyoto will be unavailable due to traffic restrictions.
